the food was acceptable, offering enough variety for most meals.
Check-in was a NIGHTMARE. i had to wait hours for a room, yet others who tipped got immediate service. the room i received faced a noisy game area and my key barely worked. I had to use the balcony to enter most days. the staff often seemed more interested in tips than service.

i was really disappointed with the evening entertainment there was hardly any atmosphere the bars were mostly empty the music was repetitive i felt the resort lacked a vibrant feel that i was hoping for also the promised adult only area was often disturbed by children which was frustrating

Really good Service and Cleanliness

The staff was helpful and friendly. I was able to use facilities at sister hotels nearby. There were many pools available and bars. This resort is great for families with varied interests. The fitness center included an Olympic size pool and a running track. Also courts exist for tennis and pickleball. We found dining chairs and pool tables deep cleaned. Glass balustrades and floors were thoroughly cleaned.
