the rooms and bathrooms were spacious. they were also clean. the entire resort was kept clean. i observed the staff deep clean everything, from the dining chairs to the pool tables. all the glass balustrades and the floors looked super clean.

upon arrival, i received no welcome drink or acknowledgement of my long journey to the hotel. i noticed a few days later that another group of tourists arrived and they received drinks and snacks in the reception lobby.

Check-in was a NIGHTMARE. i had to wait hours for a room, yet others who tipped got immediate service. the room i received faced a noisy game area and my key barely worked. I had to use the balcony to enter most days. the staff often seemed more interested in tips than service.
